This Position is based in Bracknell in Berkshire. Salary is up to £21,000 per annum. Ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a high volume call cemtre type environment and be able to assist with faulty or broken down equipment that is NOT IT.

Liaising with customers and Sales people by email, phone and fax to provide accurate information on technical faults and likely causes.Providing high quality customer service. Logging reported faults onto database so that management information is accurate and up to date, engineers can see where they are required and current status of faults can be viewed.Providing first line technical support where possible, making a judgement as to the nature of the fault and the feasibility of customers helping and following instructions over the telephone.Providing simple, non technical instructions to customers over the telephone to help them resolve the problem. Arranging second line technical support through the service centre and liaison with the Parts Department. Preparing accurate quotations including labour charge, callout charge and parts using Excel or a fax and making arrangements for payment. Checking engineers are attending and closing down jobs within the agreed time.

Candidates will posses the following attributions:

Ideally you will have experience within a call centre taking calls and factfinding with customers based on their faulty or equipment that has broken down. This is non IT related. Preferably candidates who have some experience of manual equipment related faults. You will also have the following:
