45960172 Technical Operations Manager North West £55000 to £80000 per annum Permanent jobs Updated 16/11/2009 18:07 Job Role The candidate will be responsible for managing the full range of Maintenance services in a way that maximises value, minimises cost, risk and downtime and achieves the desired quality. They will also deliver allocated maintenance programmes through an optimum supply chain solution.
They will manage and deliver allocated statutory compliance programmes ensuring the Group comply with relevant legislation and standards and will be responsible for the management of work programmes, including the consolidation of large and/or complex projects, which will typically require co-ordination of several (internal and external) stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
- Chartered Engineer.
- Extensive experience in facilities / real estate ideally in a corporate environment.
- Strong People Management skills liaising closely with internal and external clients.
- Experience of change management programs would be beneficial.

The client will pay an attractive package of up to £70`000 plus bonus.
