3rd Level Support Analyst/Technical Support - ASP/ ASP.NET/ HTML/ JAVA/ SQL
Superb 3rd level technical support opportunity to work for this internationally renowned company.
Successful candidates will be providing 3rd level technical support to the Customer support Team. In this capacity they will be recording all resolution information; and ensure that the Customer Support Executive understands the resolution, producing technical knowledge documents, mentoring and training the Customer Support Team, identifying problem hot spots and diagnosing bugs in the applications and reporting these to the development team.
Successful candidates need to be able to apply their knowledge to a team environment, liaise directly with developers and understand source coding. Communication and time management are key areas in which the candidate must excel.
Previous involvement with the product lifecycle from concept to release is essential as is experience with ASP/ ASP.NET/ HTML/ JAVA/ SQL languages.
