Technical Customer Service Advisor £8.30 p/h Full/Part Time We are currently recruiting for a leading telecomunications company based in Leeds, close to the White Rose Centre.The site is easily accessible, close to motorway and also bus links. Access to a free shuttle bus is provided. As the customers first point of contact, you will deal with inbound calls and email queries on issues such as installations, billing, orders and technical problems. We are looking for people who are enthusiastic about providing excellent customer experiences everytime. Person Specification
- Extensive customer service experience
- Good working knowledge of broadband \\ internet services, with a basic understanding of Windows operating systems
- Knowledge of wireless network set ups and fault diagnosis
- Ideally you will hold Microsoft qualifications (networking and hardware) or a similarly relevant IT qualification
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to find new solutions to customer problems
- Proven ability to work in a team, contribute and share information
