Are you an expert within the instrumentation and electronics fields?
Can you lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team of highly technical individuals?

My client is seeking a Technology Director to play a key role in the company future. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead our team of electronic and mechanical engineers in the development of instrumentation and electronics.
You will mix a high level of technical expertise with proven leadership skills and experience in product development.
You should be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, agile and dynamic environment.
It is essential that you can demonstrate experience of working in a "start - up" company with an entrepreneurial culture - any pre IPO knowledge would prove very advantageous but not essential.

The Company is well funded; and have raised more than £30 million and has strong strategic partnerships in place including a robust IP portfolio.
