Our client, a rapidly expanding B2B marketing agency, with clients typically within the IT & Telecoms sectors. This client is currently recruiting two Client Service Executives (Telemarketers), whose main responsibility is to undertake the delivery of specific direct marketing projects.
In order to be considered for this role, applicants require tactical direct marketing/telemarketing skills. Ideally for this role you will be able to communicate in additional western european language (French, German or Spanish is preferred).
With a strong personality, you will deomnstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to exchange information by phone, mail and email, in an efficient, highly accurate and professional manner. Previous exposure to direct marketing and the ability to work well within a team are also essential skills for the role in question, as is a high degree of IT literacy.
Typical duties within this role involve:
- Project Management of smaller client campaigns
- Outbound Telemarketing
- Inbound Telemarketing
- Event support: Recruitment of attendees for a client’s event
- Campaign reporting
- Data management
This client is readily commutable by road and public transport from locations including Reading, Wokingham, Newbury, Basingstoke, Henley-on-Thames, Maidenhead, Windsor & Slough (connections from the M4 and A4 as well as public transportation links).
