Description

The Telesales Advisor will be responsible for the generation of meetings for our Sales team to present and demonstrate our IT related products and solutions. To achieve agreed targets the Telesales Advisor would be expected to cold call on a daily basis and respond to incoming leads generated by a variety of Web based advertising, trade shows, e-mailers and postal mailers. Our typical client size, are organisations with between 100 and 5000 employees. Full product and industry knowledge training will be provided.

This role will involve:

Promoting the Company, Products and Solutions - Building relationships over the telephone with prospective clients - Achieving and exceeding agreed meeting targets - Achieving and exceeding agreed activity targets - Contributing to the team and its development.

The successful candidate is likely to have:

Business to business telesales experience - Microsoft Office literacy (Core products - Word, Excel, Internet Explorer etc.) - Excellent team working ability - The ability to work independently and be self motivated and organised - A willingness to learn, problem solving approachand a general self-startingattitude to work.

Salary: £15,000 to £18,000 basic plus commission (OTE £21,000 to £24,000)
