Two telemarketing / telesales people required with B2B experience (essential! - not B2C!) for a superb role data cleansing and updating a large existing database of clients, soft calling, and providing up sell leads for the sales team. These are not high pressure roles, but you MUST have prior experience of telemarketing or telesales in a Business to Business commercial environment.
You will be joining a long established, extremely successful and award winning IT software company who specialise in CRM, ERP and accounting solutions as well as technology and infrastructure solutions. They are very stable, well financed, and very well known in their sector and you will have excellent career prospects and on going personal development here. They have literally thousands of customers on their database and your role will be to call these companies, update contact details and email addresses and find potential new leads for the sales team to follow up.
Essential skills:
* Previous experience in a B2B telemarketing or telesales role
* Excellent command of English - well spoken, coherent and confident
* Great telephone skills - non aggressive, friendly telephone manner
* Organised and thorough in your work
* Great team working
* Any previous knowledge of working with IT software solutions would be an added bonus
