Working for a well established successful company based in Warwick. We are looking for an experienced Customer Service person who thrives within a team environment.
You will provide a proactive and efficient Inbound / Outbound telephone response service to customers and prospects & the Salesforce. Dealing with customers over the telephone, you will qualify the leads and arrange appointments for the Sales Team.
Previous experience/skills required:
Handle all calls, in a professional manner and be receptive to and resolve complaints or problems.
Problem solving and working on own initiative
Have a flexible and adaptable approach with excellent organisational / interpersonal Skills.
Demonstrate customer focus and be tenacious in pursuit of business and team goals.
Display effective written and verbal communication skills
Experience of Word and Excel
