A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a new telemarketing agency just outside Banbury. Recently opening their new offices in a beautiful rural location, they are looking for an experienced Telemarketing Team Leader to expand their business and recruit their new telemarketing team.
Working alongside the Managing Director in this close knit, friendly, fast paced environment, you will be dealing with everything from sourcing new data for the telemarketing team to running the telemarketing floor, training all new recruits and occasionally telemarketing yourself.
This requires a bright, hands on telemarketing professional with previous agency experience in B2B marketing.
