Based at Abbey House in Bradford, within the fast paced and dynamic environment of our contact centre, you will work within the Mortgage Protection Team handling calls from both customers and colleagues. A positive individual and excellent communicator, you will focus on the sale and conversion of referrals for the provision of Abbey Mortgage Protection solutions and offer advice on a range of other insurance products.
Confident working in a sales driven and goal-orientated environment, you will ensure that targets are met and excellent customer service is maintained, whilst also adhering to FSA regulations. Through gathering information and identifying customer needs, you will offer sound advice to callers while identifying potential sales opportunities. This is a challenging and pivotal role within a supportive and lively team.
Previous experience in a sales role within Financial Services, is essential. A team player with high levels of self-motivation, you will have the ability to meet challenging targets, and take personal ownership for converting your pipeline business into quantifiable results. Above all, you will continually strive to improve your performance and offer the best service possible.
