A market leading telecoms company based in Manchester (Salford area) is looking to recruit a Sales Executive. This role is to work on both inbound and outbound projects, on developing new business and also retaining existing business. Salary basic circa £16,000 - to £18,000 for the right individual - OTE circa £22,000 - to £24,000. Main responsibilities will be to conduct sales calls to a qualified database, convert incoming calls to future sales, look at maximing existing business, and introduce potential customers to the business. You will be targeted on achieving certain call levels each week, and will report on activity levels to your Team Leader on a regular basis. This organisation are very forward thinking, and as such want a dynamic individual who is looking to make that strategic move for the long term. The successful candidate will be business focused, results driven and must have proven experience of telesales in a business to business environment with demonstrable success. You will have an excellent telephone manner, clear communication skills, be positive and professional. You will be proactive and enjoy working in a dynamic targeted internal sales environment.
