Homesafe is part of the LSSD UK Ltd Door Division, the UKs largest established and market leading manufacturer, supplier and installer of composite doors. We have been in business for over 20 years and have supplied over a million doors.
A brand new opportunity has become available for a Telesales / Internal Sales person to work on increasing the trade retail customer base. Working closely with the Retail Sales Director and his team of Business Development Managers, the duties will include:
- Direct telesales calls following up on marketing mail shots to new customers
- Lead generation for Business Development Managers (BDMs)
- Booking appointments / visits for BDMs
- Managing dormant / old customer accounts by developing and restarting relationships through direct telesales calls
- Developing and maintaining the customer sales database
- Ad-hoc administration duties
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and relevant work-based experience:
- Previous Telesales / Internal Sales experience
- Excellent Communication skills - both verbal and written
- IT skills - ability to operate a variety of systems and databases
- Have a proven track record of success within a 'Business to Business' sales environment
- Good organisational skills
In addition to this, we are looking for a dynamic and sales orientated approach with a confident and professional manner. The role will demand someone who is reliable and can work on their own initiative.
The successful candidate will work a 37.5 hour week with an early finish on a Friday at 2pm!
