COMPANY INFORMATION:
My client is a leading supplier of HR & H&S Services, growing at an unprecedented rate and as part of their expansion, are looking for HR Telemarketing Consultants. High earners in this company regularly take home £50k per annum.
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
You will ideally have 12 months B2B experience and be driven by success, with a proven track record in telesales, sales, telemarketing.
IDEALLY YOU ALSO HAVE:
B2B experience is pre-requisite (Min. 12 Months). Have to have done own lead generating and have the ability to think about who you are calling by tailoring the call to them. Pro-active and self motivated attitude towards sales targets: Staff are expected to take responsibility for their individual targets. Strong organisational skills and a tenacious nature. Professional and intelligent approach to work. Good Business acumen, articulate, able to manage themselves.
ROLE INFORMATION:
Benefits include: 27 days holiday pa, increasing to 32 after 5 years service.
