Telesales and Customer Service Administrator
We have an exciting opportunity for a Telesales / Customer Service Administrator, based in south Leicestershire.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Office Manager, responsible for telesales activity, delivering excellent levels of customer service and providing administration support.
- Liaising with field based sales team
- Telephone canvassing of specific clients with sales promotion campaigns
- Assist with Marketing Department projects and initiatives
- Compilation and maintenance of customer database
- Process orders and quotes using SAGE line 50
Key Skills and experience
Essential- GCSE to include Maths and English Language (or equivalent)
- IT Literate with previous experience of Word / Excel / Outlook
- Previous Telesales experience
- SAGE line 50, V12 or above
- Ability to use own initiative
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive and organised with ability to meet all deadlines
