MAIN Duties will include - ØOUTBOUND calling to existing customers to sell them value added services/products (telco, braodband, TV)
ØTo consistently meet and exceed challenging quality and sales targets
ØConsistent professional quality communication in all conversations with customers
ØLiasing and providing feedback within the team- to help meet individual and team targets/objectives
ØEnsuring that all customer contacts are handled in a professional manner; in line with our Client and Careline's methodologies, values and principles.
ØWorking effectively within Careline as a representative of our Client, maintaining their Brand's reputation
To take advantage of this opportunity, WE are looking for individuals who are or have the following -
Telesales experience – preferably in a B2C environment!
An understanding of the domestic telephony & ISP markets would be an advantage
HIGHLY motivated, with a REAL hunger to succeed & make money!
Exceptional attendance! (A proven reliability and timekeeping record)!
A MAJOR team player with the ability to work on your own initiative!
Detail conscious and analytically thorough
A Good problem solver.
Resolute with GREAT objection handling skills!
The ability to work to deadlines & exceed expectations!
A polite and professional telephone manner - with the confidence to persuade and close sales!
A “Quality” approach to selling with the capability to remain within our clients’ guidelines!
A TREMENDOUS amount of ENERGY and a passion for SALES!
A quick learner with the ability to ADAPT to an ever changing market!
You will be required to work a 40 hours week (rotatign rota 5 days on 2 days off)
Monday to Friday 10pm - 9pm (shifts) & Saturday 10am - 6pm
