Our client is looking for a telesales advisor to contribute to the achievement of the businesses objectives by delivering excellent customer service. The role will include servicing customer needs in the motor industry, ie converting vehicle inspection enquiries, matching consumer needs into retail inspection products. The right candidate will also be expected to develop and maintain excellent working relationships, including a variety on internal and external contacts.
The role will be target set and sales driven, maximising opportunities to exceed sales targets through varying contact strategies, providing a consistent high level of service is a must.
Working as part of a team, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues alike is an important value to this company.
The role will include Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, commission included.
