Randstad is recruiting for Telesales Agents for a utilities company based in St Mellons.
You will be responsible for making outbound calls to existing customers to promote new and relevant products. Other duties will include building relationships with customers, taking ownership of any queries raised, database management and working to targets.
Applicants will have a proven track record in Telesales and able to handle objections.
