Telesales Assistant - Derby
Salary- £6-8/hour depending on experience
Duration - 4 week temporary contract with potential for permanent role thereafter.
Hours - Minimum 22 hours a week during business hours.
Catalis Ltd, a leading provider of health and safety and skills/competency training to a number of industries, including Engineering, Rail and the Public Sector are looking to expand their team with the appointment of Telesales Support Assistant. You will be required to contact existing and potential customers to sell places on our training courses. The successful Candidate must have previous experience in a telesales role.
Role Description
The role will require the successful candidate to:
- Regularly interact with prospective and existing customers
- Enlighten customers of the value of Catalis training and sell places on our courses.
Requirements for the successful candidates:
- The ability to talk to customers and understand their issues
- The ability to use skill to sell over the phone
- Must have had previous experience in a Sales/Telesales related position.
