Our client, based in Tyseley near to BR station and the Coventry Road, requires an experienced Telesales professional for their rapidly expanding team.
Key duties will be making outbound calls, using techniques to close the deal, up-sell, cross-sell and account manage.
You will need to be a highly motivated, enthusiastic and a target driven individual with an excellent telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
After your initial weeks training you can expect to receive a competitive basic salary of £11,700 with a very realistic chance of hitting your OTE of £19k. Although our top performers are regularly achieving £3k per month in commission!
