Job overview
An important new role within the marketing department you will be working closely with the sales team to generate meetings and following up on marketing campaigns.
You will follow up on all leads and set appointments before passing to the sales team so there will be a lot of liaising with different members in the sales and marketing teams at Livebookings.
You must be technology savvy, with marketing experience and able to hold conversations with senior decision makers. Experience within the hospitality sector would be advantageous but not essential.
For this role, it is essential to have proven telemarketing skills, including cold calling, and appointment making experience. Also, you will need to be self motivated and able to work own your own. Good written and spoken English is required.
Overall key objectives
1.Be responsible for making appointments for the sales team through effective campaign follow up
2.Work closely with Sales Executives to complete targeted campaigns
3.Have the ability to work unsupervised when required
4.Use a Customer Relationship Management system to keep activity list up to date with notes and market intelligence
5.Aptitude to report back on key trends, findings and objections to help marketing tweak campaigns and messaged, and help sales be more effective
6.Good computer skills
7.Achieve daily call targets

The ideal candidate will
1.have experience in B2B lead generation and appointment setting
2.excellent communication skills
3.have good CRM experience and attention to detail
4.demonstrate a knack of getting things done
5.display the experience and confidence to work with minimal supervision
6.be able to build rapport wand work in cross-functional teams
7.have good computer skills
This is a one month contract with the possibility of the role being extended.
