Invigorate Recruitment are looking for candidates with excellent people skills, personality and a passion for sales to join one of our prestigious clients based in Guiseley working on one of their major accounts generating sales through cold calling potential clients and speaking with decision makers on a temporary to permanent basis.
Main duties
* Make outbound telephone calls on behalf of the Client to close sales and generate appointments.
* Take inbound telephone calls on behalf of the Client to make sales, gather information, up-sell or deal with customer/prospect queries.
* Strive to achieve targets consistently and exceed targets on a regular basis
* Efficiently and effectively manage your time
Skills & Experience
* Proven sales experience and ability to achieve challenging targets, including some gained in a telephone-based environment
* Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
* Excellent telephone manner - appropriate manner adapted to a range of contacts
Salary £6 per hour + fantastic and achievable bonus structure with uncapped OTE!!
This a full time temporary to permanent position working Mon - Fri 9am - 5:30pm.
