We are an exciting new Software Development company based in Glasgow looking to recruit a Telesales Executive to join the company. We offer bespoke business software applications to companies that are finding their current systems unsuitable, and want to improve their efficiency and controls.
The successful candidate will be tasked with approaching SME organisations on behalf of the company, in order to generate business opportunities within the Greater Glasgow SME Businesses community by identifying their needs for custom business software solutions.
You must be extremely self-motivated, positive, a passion for building a rapport with clients and a real desire to succeed in a company. You must also have the ability to overcome objections, connect with people and have the ability to COLD CALL SME companies and generate leads for new business with key decision makers.
You must come from a sales background, preferably a tele-sales environment, and have experience with working towards targets, and have the desire and determination to succeed.
