Telesales Executive
Our client
is a leading training consultancy established for over 20 years and specializes
in designing and delivering personal and work development training –
particularly for women. They have a solid reputation and extensive blue-chip
and SME client list. The company has licensed over 1,000 trainers around the
world. Their customers are employers in both the public and
private sectors
The company
is looking for a tele-sales executive for their office in Barnstaple
to join their small and closely knit team of seven people. You will be
responsible for generating new sales and following up on web inquiries. You will
work in a sales team of 3, and will report to the Operations Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create and implement telesales campaigns and convert enquiries into
sales
- Sell places on training courses, business to business
- Sell in-house training courses, business to business
- Process incoming website enquiries and convert into sales
Provide support to our national network of licensed
trainers
- Assist their web designer to create
and implement innovative on-line campaigns to create sales
Requirements:
Solid telesales skills and aptitude
Experience of Telesales and Email sales campaigns
Word
processing and document formatting skills in MS Office.
Clean
drivers license and own transport (or mobility support, to reach our rural
location)
