Telesales Executive:
An independent business phone specialist is looking for Telesales executives to join their team based in Whitely, Fareham. This Company sell Business Mobile phones on all the major networks and their aim is to save their customers a significant amount on their monthly bills. You will be responsible for contacting new clients. You will be excellent at building up rapport with the clients and asking specific questions which will help you to identify their needs.
About you:
You will be excellent at building up rapport with the clients and asking specific questions which will help you to identify their needs. You will be targeted on your sales and in return you will receive a basic salary plus FANTASTIC earning potential. The ideal candidate will be used to working in a driven sales environment, have a lively and friendly personality and be able to perform under pressure. You may come from a similar sales background, working as a Recruitment Consultant, Estate, Agent, Sales Executive, Telemarketing or New Business Development Executive or just have the ambition and desire to thrive in a targeted sales environment and looking to earn lost of commission in a new environment.You will be used to working to targets and in a high pace sales environment.
In this dynamic environment, you’ve got to possess a great sense of humour, be self disciplined, conscientious and most of all resilient.If you’re motivated by the thrill of smashing targets and reaping the great financial rewards for your efforts, this is the role for you.

Working hours:
Monday to Friday 8.45 – 6pm.
Plus 2 Saturday per month 10am – 4pm.
Salary:£15 000 – 42 000 p/a
