Position: Internal Telesales Executive
Location: UK, North West, Warrington, Cheshire
Salary: £Competitive Salary, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, option to participate in company share and pension scheme
Duties of the role will include: - Customer account management
- Inbound answering of telephone calls giving technical assistance/prices/information
- Taking incoming enquiries and following through to conversion
- Chasing quantified sales leads
- Some outbound cold calling to targeted industries introducing Euroform and the product range to generate quantified sales leads
- Daily Flash of business forecast for the day
- Monthly progress reporting on accounts and leads, including giving feedback and new ideas
Sales figure will be targeted as will customer account management and new accounts opened.
It is essential that you are currently in or had previous experience in a similar position and have experience of the construction industry would be highly advantageous.Must have excellent computer skills, be self motivated, organised and have good level of education including Maths GCSE C or above.
It would be advantageous if you have customer service qualifications, knowledge of U-Value calculations and current Building Regulations.
