Telesales Team Leader with Dialler Management experience - Outbound B2B -Mobiles - to £22k basic, OTE £40k- Start Immediately!

My client is a highly successful, award-winning Telecoms Company focusing on UK small businesses. They are urgently looking for experienced Telesales Team Leader to manage an outbound telesales team selling to existing customers and new prospects. Dialler Management experience is highly desirable. You will be responsible for direct management, motivation and achievement of the teams` target.

Responsibilities:

* Targets and performance management.
* Setting separate targets for existing and prospect data.
* Agent motivation.
* Agent coaching.
* One to One`s, including agent development.
* To Report team performance, with action plans for remedial actions as necessary.
* Script enhancement and writing.
* Ongoing product training for the team.
* Monitor agent call quality and enhancement.
* Ensure all calls are conducted within DMA guidelines.
* Update of FAQ`s.
* Ensure AM`s capture CRM enhancing information, e.g. email addresses, contract end dates for competitor products etc.
* Be Hands on and lead by example delivering a personal monthly sales target.

Liaison with relevant departments:
* Dialler
* Technology
* Training
* HR
MUST HAVES:
* Experience of outbound Telesales/Team Leadership, preferably in the mobile/Telecoms industry. However, experience of outbound sales in similar industries for example- Financial services, the Energy or fixed line / Broadband sectors
* Preference will be given to those who have experience of proven success of leading outbound sales teams selling to cold? prospect data.
* Thrive under pressure and be results driven.
* Be Quality focussed.
* Prepared within limits to take considered risks to improve the sales experience for the customer and improve the sales close rate.
* Be proactive in your own training and sourcing of competitive information, which you should share with the team.
* Be prepared for some Saturday working in the future.
* Experience of prospect data prioritisation to aid the acquisition sales targets.
