Two years solid telesales experience required. My client is seeking two experienced telesales persons to sell IT Training courses to private individuals, contractors and corporate accounts. The two telesales vacancies that are available include UK telesales and German telesales. The basic salary is £18,000-£30,000 with an OTE of £50,000-£55,000.

The successful candidate will have 2 years telesales experience selling IT products or services, cold calling and closing skills; have a track record of over achieving targets, be motivated and target orientated as well as having attention to detail in reporting and administration. The successful candidate should also have a technical vocabulary of Cisco, Microsoft or Database technologies. The German telesales role requires the candidate to be fluent in German.

Key Responsibilities include:
• Out-bound sales calls to leads provided via the web or other channels
• Cold calling potential client accounts
• Keep up-to-date records of sales activity in a Goldmine CRM system
• Produce accurate forecasts and pipeline information
• Contribute as part of the sales team to new ideas, approaches or techniques for sales
• Keep up-to-date on relevant technologies and product offerings from TTC
 

Package
Basic: £18,000 to £30,000
Target: £75,000 of delivered sales per month
Commission: £30,000 (On Target Earnings)
Total Package: £50,000 to £55,000 (uncapped)
Benefits: 4 Weeks Holiday (increases by 1 day per annum, to a maximum of 25)
