Temp Consultant
Our client is looking for a forward thinking, dynamic and experienced Temporary consultant to run and grow an existing commercial temps desk
Must have worked in recruitment before for a minimum of two years and bring added value to our existing client base
Person Skills
You must be:
- Personable , articulate & literate
- A door opener and relationship builder at all levels
- Have a brilliant telephone manner
- A can do attitude
- Not be afraid of picking up the phone to make a sales call and following it up
- The ability to bring in and retain NEW business
- A multitasker
- Capable of working under pressure at times
- A team player
- Honest, conscientious, reliable with a sense of humour
- Target driven
- Looking for a role with career progression
- Happy to network sometimes out of normal working hours
- Be able to think outside the box and use own initiative
- IT Literate
