Tenancy Enforcement Officer (Tenancy Management / Antisocial Behaviour Cases – Social Housing)
Bolton with regular travel throughout the North West
Salary £19,000 - £23,000 per annum
Our client is a leading independent North West housing and regeneration organisation. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Tenancy Enforcement Officer to join them to provide a centralised service and pass on specialist knowledge of dealing with Anti Social Behaviour and complex Tenancy Management cases. Within this fast-paced environment, you will need to keep up to date with current legislation and best practise to ensure the service is of the highest standard and to provide training.
They will need you to provide information related to ASB and Tenancy Enforcement in a variety of formats. Conducting interviews with witnesses, perpetrators and victims, you will attend court and provide support to victims, keeping them informed at all times. They will need you to manage complex cases relating to tenancies and tenancy enforcement.You will be required tosupport the neighbourhood staff with face to face meetings for complex tenancy issues.
Our client is looking for a highly organised and talented individual with the drive and determination to make this role a success. With previous experience in the social housing sector, you will be able to demonstrate specific experience of managing tenancies and ASB cases. You will need to be IT literate with particular knowledge of Microsoft Office. Working with performance indicators and targets previously, you will be able toprioritise your workload to meet targets and deadlines. With excellentcommunication skills, you will be able towork effectively within a shared service centre environment.
You may be required to work evenings and weekends.
