Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Bid/ Tender Manager based in their Cardiff office.
The role is to work with the Business Development team to win new business and take responsibility for the tendering process from PQQ through to contract signing.You will:
- Follow up leads from the BD team and meet clients and agree scope
- Agree pricing and scope of the contracts
- Site visits and meet with clients to detail potential jobs
- Put tenders together with the BD team
- Participate in BD meetings and overall Bid strategies
The person:
- To be considered for this role you MUST have worked in a similar role in the past within Facilities Management
- Extensive experience in the FM field
- Ideally be qualified to degree level or equivalent (HND etc)
- Have excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
- Be commutable to the Cardiff office but willing to travel throughout the UK when necessary
The rewards are a very good base salary around £40k plus a great benefits package.
