Swinton Group Limited are an award winning and profitable Insurance Broker. It's a complex business, which has evolved from a retail network distribution channel, to now include "on-line" and Call Centre operations. We market and sell a wide range of Personal Lines insurance products to millions of customers and we are also recognised within the industry as having a progressive Commercial Insurance operation which will grow considerably in the years ahead.
We have a progressive and commercially focussed Information Systems Development Department and you'll be required to perform all aspects of Testing in this role.
This will include performing system, integration and regression testing, working with business representatives during user acceptance testing and reporting on the results. Whilst utilising appropriate tools and techniques and conforming to agreed standards you will ensure that new and amended systems, together with any interfaces, perform as specified and intended.
You will need proven experience in an IT department with exposure to testing, the full software development life cycle and 3rd party supplier management.
In addition you will bring experience of using automated test tools and techniques and the ability to write effective reports.
