DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION
Ticketing Consultant required for this leading online tour operator or Ticketing Agent for this leading travel company.
Seeking a suitably experienced Ticketer, preferably Amadeus trained, to join this busy but personable and friendly travel team. This established online travel company, well respected in the travel industry, are looking for a Ticketing Consultant to join their very busy offices based in West Sussex.
Office hours are 7 days per week working 5 days out of 7. Shifts are set to 0900-1800 or 1200-2100.
KEY DUTIES
- Ticketing Consultant or Ticketing Agent will be responsible for CAT35,E Tickets and some BSP accounting
- Assisting with ticketing issues and queries
- Using your knowledge and previous experience within a ticketing role to query ADM's and process ACM's
- Working within a team to achieve set sales targets and goals
- Ticketing Consultant / Ticketer must have a good understanding of airline contracts
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
-You must have suitable travel industry experience and possess good knowledge and understanding of ticketing practices
- Experience of working within a team in a pressurised environment
- Good working knowledge of Amadeus or another CRS system
- Knowledge of BSP and refunds would be an advantage
