Their support centre has the resources and facilities to diagnose and fix software faults and data, maintain and manage Dynamics GP applications software, advise on operation systems and utility software and maintain documentation. This is a Microsoft Gold Partner, specialists in Dynamics GP, Dynamics CRM and Sharepoint, with an impressive client list that is growing rapidly.
Candidates should have:
* Proven commercial support skills on Microsoft Dynamics GP
* A good understanding of accounting and finance
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to take ownership of problems through to resolution
* A genuine desire to provide excellent customer service
