Our Topshop/Topman Northampton store is looking for an inspirational individual to manage the TOPSHOP Brand, who is passionate about motivating and developing their team to achieve great results.
This role would be relevant to someone with experience managing a store with a minimum turnover of £1m.
The store itself runs on 3114 square foot with an annual turnover of £1.3m pa.
Reporting to the Store Manager you will:
