My Client has an immediate vacancy for a Principal Town Planner.
They are looking to increase their capability within the Town Planning team. Working on projects for the ODA, Devon County Council & the Welsh Assembly Government.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:Previous and extensive experience of working for Consultancy in the area of Town Planning. Along with an good understanding of EIA. Working hours will be 37.5 hours per week.
Requirements are; -
- Must have a degree within Planning
- Chartered status
Specific experience in the following field would be advantageous;-
- Project Management
- Preparation of proposals
- Working for a similar consultancy within Town Planning
- Experience of EIA
- Be able to manage a team
- Strategic planning advice
