Recruitment Consultant – Public sector x2
Salary from £17,000 - £21,400 + Monthly & Quarterly OTEWe are looking for fantastic Recruitment Consultants to work in our Belfast office to recruit for permanent staff within Social & Allied Health Care sectors. You will be working in a team of three consultants, reporting to the Section Manager.
Whether you are a fresh faced graduate with sales knowledge or working within recruitment or sales role we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities -
Understanding clients & candidates requirements and maximising these opportunities
Attending recruitment exhibitions & business events to expand your network
Designing advertisements to attract job seekers
Winning new business and managing key accounts
Skills and Personal specification:
- Proven sales ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Posses strong time management and organisation skills
- Ability to deliver against tight deadlines
- High self-motivation and ability to work well as part of a team
- An understanding of the recruitment industry is not essential, but desirable
- The desire and drive to succeed.

There is no threshold for the first six months on commission and after this you will be able to make monthly and quarterly commission.
