If you are seeking an outbound role within the sales industry and want to work closer to home, then this is an opportunity not to be missed. This role will see you working within a close knit team of customer service specialists providing exceptional service to customers requiring assistance with products and their policies.
Duties include:
·Service all aspects of a clients policy whilst exceeding customer expectations
·Deliver quality service at all times
·Ensure all key performance indicators are met
·Ensure all compliance rules and protocols are followed
·Adhere to company policies as set out in the Human Resource manual
·Promote customer retention at all opportunities
·This role requires you to work on a rotating roster. The hours - 9am - 5pm. Monday to Friday
Experience:
·Service Experience in a callCentre Environment
·B2B Experience an advantage
·Great Telephone Manner
·Excellent communication skills
·Demonstrated passion for quality service
·Strong attention to detail
·Demonstrated ability embrace change
·Demonstrated problem solving ability
·Personal drive to meet individual and team targets
·An ability to work autonomously and also as part of a team
·Positive attitude
