The role
The claims executive role involves taking a high volume of incoming calls for clients personal injury claims. Within the role you will be liaising between client and solicitors as well as managing you own case loads by evaluating legal and insurance issues of claims.
As a Trainee Claims Executive you are required to effectively and efficiently manage an allocated case load of building personal injury claims in accordance with Company and Client requirements and within agreed authority limits and the following;
- Ensure that all claims are handled within the terms of the Company procedures
- Educating the client or the customer at all times in accordance with client SLA’s, KPI’s and Ministry of Justice procedures
- Ensure that all cases are fully and correctly maintained to provide a clear history path and audit trail to comply with company standards

We are seeking motivated individuals who wish to take their career to the next level.The successful candidate will be educated to a degree standard,self motivated, posses excellent communication skills, able to adapt to a team environment and have that all important winning attitude. A strong emphasis is placed on individual case loads so top quality organizational skills are a must. Experience of working to targets is desired but not essential.
