We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, target driven sales person to join an IT Recruitment Consultancy based in the Berkshire area as a Trainee Consultant.
Key duties will include:
Cold calling the client database to pick up recruitment requirements, status and arranging follow up calls
Calling candidates to collate relevant information to successfully help them with their required recruitment needs
Gathering marketing information from companies within your technical vertical market
Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
Advertising, including job adverts, email shots and mail shots to attract both candidates and clients
Attending client visits and representing the company
To be successful as a trainee consultant you must be confident and able to work in a fast paced, target driven environment. You must have previous sales experience and a proven ability to hit targets.
Position: Trainee IT Recruitment Consultant
Salary: 16,000-18,000 basic plus commission
