Fantastic 12 month fixed-term contracts to work for a leading financial organisation based in Copley in Halifax.
As a Claims Advisor, you will be part of a team of professional claims handlers. Once accredited, your role will specialise in taking ownership for both buildings and contents insurance claims to final settlement and ensuring a fair, efficient and cost effective resolution. This will involve communicating with and responding to policyholders and suppliers to investigate and settle claims.
If you have strong customer service skills, are highly organised, have experience in dealing with challenging situations and thrive under pressure, this could be just what you're looking for.
Training is held over Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Once training is completed you will then work 35 hours each week during the opening hours of Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturday 8am to 5pm.
Salary is up to £14,650 and there is free transport available from Halifax city centre.
