The job:
Listening to potential tenants requirements
Qualifying requirements
Matching property to requirements
Showing potential tenants properties
Collecting and analyzing legal documents
Valuing properties
Liaising with developers & our overseas clients
Requirements
Full driving license
Company car or Own Vehicle - Car Allowance will be paid
Flexibility with working hours
Some sales experience, but not essential with exceptional candidates
Know the meaning of good customer service and how to give it.
Ability and desire to make lots of sales phone calls

Branches - W14, E1, EC1, SW4, SW11, SW6, SW17, E14

Member of ARLA
Mature approach combined with modern business practice and technology (you wont have to get up and introduce yourself to the entire sales force with us!)
Work hard play hard – yes there are Saturdays to work but only to 2pm
We offer -
Multi angled commission structure £30k OTE year one £40k OTE year two
Your basic salary could be increased twice in 1 year <depending on performance>
Personal profit share after 18 months
Phone allowance
