They will have an insatiable appetite for success and will want to continuously push themselves to achieve massively more than a standard graduate job, and achieve a consequent income which is significantly higher than their peers.
The principal duties of the position will involve personally engaging in in-depth research, company mapping, head-hunting, interviewing, and utilising their networking streams to identify and introduce the most promising candidates for their Clients.
The position offers a really interesting, varied, exciting, testing role, within an attractive working environment, leading to qualification in a highly lucrative profession. Upon completion of 12 months training to full consultant status, earnings of £40,000+ in the first year will be achievable, although there is potential to earn significantly more.
Their best trainee so far earned £28,000 as a Graduate Trainee, and £50,000 in their 2nd year.
