Here you will be managing the full recruitment process, including your own client accounts, candidate relationships, developing recruitment relationships and fulfilling client requirements. Will be able to sell the benefits of the opportunities to candidates, match candidate skills to clients needs, prepare candidates for interviews, handle interview feedback and assist with placing candidates. Requirements / experience - Previous recruitment experience would be an advantage but not essential, however due to the demands of the role candidates must have previous experience gained in a phone based sales / customer service role.
