As a small but growing consultancy, our client offers a professional, reliable and customer orientated recruitment solution focused on all aspects of the IT Recruitment arena. Due to growth they now have an exciting vacancy in London for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to learn all aspects of the industry.
As a Trainee IT Recruitment Consultant you can expect to receive the very best in training that will cover the full recruitment and sales life cycle. The role will initially focus on candidate generation and will utilise internal and external databases, headhunting, resource management and networking to generate sufficient candidates for house accounts. It is anticipated that the successful candidate will progress as the organisation expands and confidence/knowledge within the IT recruitment sector grows.
The ideal candidate will possess 6-12 months previous B2B sales experience preferably gained in a telesales environment. You will be highly professional with first class communication and presentation skills, have high degrees of motivation, drive and the commitment to developing a career within a growing IT recruiter. The successful candidate can expect an initial base salary of 18-20k with an uncapped OTE of 30-40k in the first year plus an additional benefits package.
