TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
£18000 BASIC £30000 OTE
Our clientrequires a sales orientated graduate to train to become a Recruitment Consultant.
Candidates will need to be graduates, who have the drive and ambition to succeed in a sales environment, are not afraid of hard work, have excellent communication skills with the ability to bond well with clients and candidates.
You will need to be prepared to undertake a high volume of cold calls to potential clients, particularly when building up a database of clients in the first six months.
Salary is £18000 with an on-target first year earnings of £30000
