£18,000 to £30,000 OTE plus benefits

As part of our continuous growth plans we are looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our unique training scheme. You must be confident, tenacious, able to think on your feet and ambitious, with a work-hard/play-hard attitude. We need you to be an excellent communicator over the phone and in person, and to have the drive to succeed.
We can offer you a structured theory based tuition with workshops and project work, both within a peer group and one to one with Managers. You will quickly take charge of your own financial success and with that comes a viable and transparent career path for progression.
The role is so diverse there is no such thing as a typical day.As a recruitment consultant you will be actively marketing job seekers to business clients and identifying and assessing candidate skills and employer requirements. You will be interviewing, attending business meetings, winning new business and negotiating and managing your own accounts.
We recognise that our staff are our greatest assets and reward them well. A realistic expectation of earnings would be c£30k in your first year, with your basic salary topped up with commission and bonuses. We also offer 23 days holiday rising to 28 with service, pension and healthcare plans, regular staff socials and incentives including a £1,000 luxury lifestyle award and sensible core hours (8:45 to 6:00 and 5:30 on a Fridays)
