Skills:
We are looking for individuals who are self confident, target driven with good business acumen and the ability to think on their feet. A proven track record in a recruitment environment is preferable. Recruitment requires motivation, enthusiasm and the drive and determination to succeed. We are seeking the sort of person that responds positively to targets and is competitive by nature. You will need to be a confident communicator who can build up excellent relationships with candidates and clients and also apply our rigorous candidate clearance procedures.
Role/Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for placing both temporary and permanent staff into schools or other education settings
The business you will inherit will already have an amount of fee production, however the role will involve an aggressive new business strategy.
