The role: With emphasis on attaining sales targets and building business relationships, you will manage your own specialist recruitment section supplying high calibre staff to our clients.
Your duties will include business development, client meetings, tendering for business, candidate sourcing, interviewing and recruitment selection.
Our requirements: You will have a strong record of achievement. As a Trainee you will be well educated, ideally to graduate level. You will also need to demonstrate the ability to adapt to the demands of a challenging sales environment. As an experienced consultant, you will have a proven track record of generating placements and revenue. A full UK driving licence is essential.
Training & development: You will attend formal training sessions with our in-house Learning & Development team, in addition to daily coaching, guidance and support from your line manager and more experienced team members.

Global Travel: Hays has a worldwide office network across 28 different countries including Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the Far East and Europe. You could have the opportunity to transfer oversees after 2 years service.
