Trainee Software Consultant - West Midlands with UK Travel
Package: £18-24k, Pension & Private healthcare
A leading supplier of IT software solutions & services within the public sector market require a Trainee Software consultant to provide their customers with an efficient transition onto their new systems and to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the whole process.
In execution of your duties, you will:
* Initially work alongside experienced consultants to gain full knowledge of the product set and customer base.
* Provide Product consultancy
* Set up & configure software applications
* Train users on bespoke software
* Liaise with customer representatives
* Provide regular reports
* Manage implementation problems, escalating if appropriate
To be considered, you must possess:
* Degree in business studies and/or IT
* Excellent communication and presentational skills;
* Analytical approach and a passion for problem solving;
* Ability to work effectively in a team;
* Demonstrable commercial awareness;
* Ability to work with a wide range of people - both from technical and business backgrounds.
* The capacity to absorb product information, and to maintain and develop extensive product knowledge
* Clean driving licence
* Strong organizational skills
